Cosmicomics brought back the good studio time.

Every toy maker started with story telling again, after went through their internal discussion and brain storming.

[The Light Years] - Dhaniah was showing her sketch of a roller coaster-like journey.

Based on the synopsis of the chapter, message delivery took light years. Hence the message ball was designed to go around different stops until reach the final one, and fall into loop again.

[Games without end] - Kah Meng, Ai Chun, Foong, Hung (from left, upper photo) did a technical study on the mechanism, please spot the bolt and nuts in their sketch !

Two objects (kids?) will attached to each end of a tube, which connected to the main support in the middle, they will move in ellipse, so it correspond to the story "sometimes they are near to each other".

[How much shall we bet] - Justin was trying to combine funfair probability games or lottery games in his toy apparatus, yet with hidden "cybernetic theory" behind.

Started with "pinball" concept, the ball will fall randomly and gathered at certain outlet, the moment it hits, it will create pressure for deflated balloon. The more the balls at that point, the bigger the balloon.

[Without colours] - A boy who loves colour fall in love with a girl who dislikes colour, Nee and Cheng were attracted by the contrast characteristic in this chapter.

Played with colour and noncolour, their first idea was to create a crawl tunnel, all the way long until you reach a bifurcation point, and this was where the story began.

Imagine a big puzzle roll into cylinder shape. every puzzle pieces are tied with string, hence, each piece that took out will be traced. All puzzles were intentionally designed to look the same, so you can't recognize its original positions, and it might accidentally replaced by others' puzzle.
